Welcome to the Manufacturing Solutions Center (MSC)
The Manufacturing Solutions Center’s (MSC) mission is to create and maintain jobs in the US through training, testing, market development, entrepreneur help, product sourcing, managing a manufacturing business incubator, prototyping, material sourcing and applied research. The staff consists of 25 full time industry experts. In March of 2023, MSC opened a new 75,000 square ft building to better serve the industry.
Services Include:
- Testing - over 1500 customers in all 50 states and 32 foreign countries
- Entrepreneur Development - Connecting entrepreneurs with companies to launch their products. Clients have had products featured on Oprah, the View, Discovery Channel and numerous other outlets. Getting the clients "mill ready" before a manufacturer is ever contacted is the key to success.
- Product Development and Applied R&D - numerous projects from all over.
- Business Incubation for textiles on site with 6 graduates already.
- Training in knitting technology
- Outreach to schools - over 10,000 students/teachers and administrators have toured MSC
