Majilite is a producer of speciality films and coated fabrics for a variety of Markets including Automotive, Aerospace, Speciality Textiles, Electronics, Medical, Footwear,and Industrial Fabrics. We use a variety of polymers including Polyurethanes, Acrylics, Nitriles, among others. We can emboss, laminate, soften, saturate, direct coat, cast/transfer coat, rotogravure print, knife over roll coat, and reverse roll coat. We have width capabilities of 60 + inches and higher on some processes. With our state of the art emission capture and destruction we can use solvent based or water based polymers with a 99.96 % efficiency.
