Craney Island Fuel Terminal

Portsmouth, VA

The Craney Island Fuel Terminal in Portsmouth, Va., first opened in 1918 primarily for storage of aviation fuel, diesel fuel and lube oil. Craney Island selected the XR-5 Geomembrane for the secondary containment dike liner needed for 20+ acres of coverage.
