The official service provider for Geosynthetics Conference 2023 is AGS. AGS sent emails to primary booth contacts with a unique single sign-on link for your company to order all your booth materials, review regulations, and get more event details. If you didn’t see it, check your email (including spam) for an email from eventservices@ags-expo.com with the subject “2023 IECA Annual Conference and Expo and ATA Geosynthetics Conference–Welcome to Online Ordering!”
If the primary contact wishes to have somebody else manage the ordering, AGS has 2 options: If the contact person wishes for others to place orders they will need to share their link (NOT recommend) or they will have to collect all the orders from their employees and place the orders (recommended).

Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring their booth display complies with all exhibit dimension regulations. Refusal or failure may result in penalties.

Not without prior Show Management approval. It is a priority of Show Management that Geosynthetics Conference is a beneficial event for everyone and packing up a booth before the close of the show deters from a successful show environment for all. Show Management will penalize early dismantle violators.

All booth payment-related items can be found on the My Account page of your Exhibitor Central Account. Click the View/Print Invoice button for a receipt or click the Pay Invoice button to pay any remaining blances.
