Over the last four decades, Inland Tarp & Liner (ITL) has evolved from a west coast hay tarp manufacturer and service company to emerge as one of the largest U.S. custom fabricators, distributors, and installers of premium quality liners and products. More recently in 2019, Inland Tarp & Liner rolled out the ITL Reinforced Concrete Roll®, a disruptive new technology reinventing concrete for erosion control, channel, and pond lining.
With facilities in Washington, Ohio and Texas ITL has over 300,000 sq. ft. of modern fabrication plant & distribution space with the capacity to produce over 300 million sq. ft. annually.
