If your company serves this market, you’ll want to be here. The Emerging Technologies section offers the opportunity to network with key innovators in this space with booth visits and advanced textiles education, right on the show floor.

Included with booth purchase:

  • 8' high back drape and 3' high side dividers. Booths 300 sqft or less will receive a one-line identification sign. Booths larger than 300 sqft will receive a one-line identification sign upon request. Please note: carpet is not included, floor covering is required. 
  • Show Guide, mobile app, and online directory listing. 
  • 3 exhibitor badges per 100 square feet. Additional badges available for purchase. 
  • Exhibitor-exclusive event graphics and additional tools to market your booth.

Show Management exhibit policies do not permit early dismantling without prior approval from Show Management. Violations are subject to a $500 fine. For the safety of all event participants and integrity of the show, tear down of exhibits may not begin until show close.

Operations

The exhibitor service manual will be available approximately 6 months before the event.

Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring their booth display complies with all exhibit dimension regulations. Refusal or failure may result in penalties as stated in Item 16 in the Rules and Regulations section of the Exhibit Service Manual.

Payment/Invoice

All booth payment-related items can be found on the My Account page of your Exhibitor Central Account. Click the View/Print Invoice button for a receipt or click the Pay Invoice button to pay any remaining balances. 

Exhibitor invoices must be paid in full by March 1, 2025 or your company will be subject to late fees. Visit My Account to view account statements or make a payment.
